What is your favorite Lagree exercise?

Super Lunge! It nails almost every core, leg, and stabilizing muscles for that extra burn 🙂

Why do you love to teach Lagree Fitness?

I LOVE teaching Lagree for a million reasons, lol; BUT, the one that stays out for me the most is; I am a retired division 1 & professional athlete, and Lagree Pilates is a workout that allows for that awesome high intensity, sweat dripping, body shaking burn, and all with low impact on my beat up joints! Basically, no joint pain, cardio, strength training, full body butt kicking workout 🙂

3 things you can’t live without:

  1. My stretchy pants
  2. My day planner filled with goals, vision page and “to do” lists
  3. Chips & queso!
