Know Before You Go
Book Ahead: Reserve your spot in advance to secure your preferred class.
Grip Socks Required: For safety, grip socks are mandatory. Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio.
Arrive Early: Arrive 5–10 minutes before class to allow time for parking, signing your waiver, meeting your instructor, and getting a quick Megaformer introduction.
Bring a Friend: Classes are more fun with friends! Easily book their spot through our app or website.

WHAT TO EXPECT In Class
During your 40-minute, high-intensity, low-impact workout, our expert instructors will check in with you about any injuries or concerns to ensure proper modifications are provided. Using a microphone, they’ll provide clear instructions and demonstrate each move in front of the class, making it easy to follow along. Each class is set to a curated playlist, specially designed to match the flow of movements and keep you motivated.
